Chris Christie discusses mail-in voting and absentee voting

Chris Christie, best known for his 'Bridgegate' scandal, is on ABC talking about the differences between mail-in voting and absentee ballot voting. One of them is when an individual requests a ballot, for example, if they won't be in the area to vote. The other requires millions of ballots to be mailed to people. Any time you're doing something with millions of anything, there's bound to be some level of error. It won't go perfectly.
